Kamala D. Harris is the Vice President of the United States. She always fights for the people – from her barrier-breaking time as District Attorney of San Francisco and Attorney General of California, to proudly serving as a United States Senator and the Vice President. This time, this year, we elect her as the first woman President.
VICE PRESIDENT
Governor Walz is a champion for America’s working families. He enlisted in the Army National Guard when he turned 17 and served for 24 years, rising to the rank of Command Sergeant Major. hE cut taxes for working families, lowered the cost of insulin and eliminated junk fees, and protected women’s right to choose.
CONGRESS - 3RD DISTRICT
Fayetteville resident Maura Keller is a 26 year veteran with the US Army and former Atlanta Veteran’s Health worker. She’s running for Congress in Georiga’s 3rd District, which stretches from Fairburn to Columbus to the Alabama border. Campaign priorites: VA Reform, Reproductive Healthcare, and Affordable Housing.
LUCY MCBATH - 6TH DISTRICT
A staunch advocate of gun safety, Lucy McBath is the current Representative of Georgias 7th Congressional District currently running for North Fayette County's 6th District. She is a dedicated activist and faithful public servant, first elected to Congress in 2018 and continuing on despite heavy gerrymandering.

Amili Blake is a husband, father, veteran, and dedicated voice of the marginalized. He advocates for criminal justice reform, equitable education, and economic empowerment. As a veteran, he advocates for increased healthcare access and job training programs.

Tom Thomason is a candidate for State House District 73. He is running because the State Legislature is not following the interests and needs of Georgia. His top issues are Medicaid expansion, women's reproductive rights, rural health care, voting rights and adequately funding public education.

Bobby Jones is a Fayetteville native with a commitment to service and his deep roots in the community. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 2001, Bobby achieved command in the United States Navy and served as a commissioned officer for 22 years.

Catherine has dedicated her professional life to education at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. She has a Master’s of Education in Mathematics Education from GSU, and she has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of students while advancing the profession for teachers.

Dr. Lydia Powell is a 24 year educator and educational leader. She is the mother of three children that are products of the Georgia Public School System. Lydia prioritizes Fiscal Responsibility, Equitable Resources, Effective Leadership in her campaign for School Board.

Kim Cox Owens is a native of Atlanta with deep roots in the community, having attended Atlanta Public Schools before earning her BA degree in Political Science from Alabama A&M University. She prioritizes community collaboration, parent outreach, and cradle to career pathways.

TAX COMMISSIONER - FAYETTE COUNTY
Angela Haynes is a Certified Public Accountant from Fayetteville, Georgia. She has served as the Fayette County Democratic Committee’s Treasurer for. She has worked at Prudential, Atlanta History Center, Atlanta Life, Fannie Mae and in many more roles as a finance officer.

Tonya Corbin is a highly qualified degreed paralegal with extensive experience as a victim advocate and a demonstrated commitment to public service. Her candidacy brings a promise of dedicated service along with the qualities necessary to serve her community effectively.
